At Kikwear, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your order isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and the clothing is in its original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
